From selecting your favourite wines, or sourcing for a particular bottle, you may enjoy this wine tour from your very own home - with free guidance by our certified AIS Sommelier & Wine Director. The service mentioned is available through our website, where you can book a time slot dependent on availability - your request will have to be approved before its confirmation. This slot will last approximately 30 minutes per session. You may also contact our Sommelier at +65 9437 8705 for further queries. This Online Sommelier service will help guide you through our wine selection, ensuring all your questions are answered before you make a definite purchase of any of our wines. It could also simply give you some helpful suggestions based on your tastes, label preference and food pairing that you might be planning for your meal. On request, after your wine purchase, you may also decide to ask our Wine director to open the bottle/decant it for you from our Restaurant. This will be done at your desired timing before you get it delivered to your home. In this way, you can enjoy the maximum expression of the wine, allowing it the proper time to ‘open up’.
